4. MCP Connector Data Collection
When you connect AI platforms (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to Contextable via the Model Context Protocol (MCP):
- What we collect: Which AI platforms you connect, timestamps of connections and last usage, and technical identifiers for authentication.
- What we DO NOT collect: Your conversations with AI assistants, prompts you send to AI platforms, or any data from your AI chat sessions.
- What we store: Only the projects and artifacts you explicitly save through the Service. We do not store or log conversation content.
- Server logging: Minimal server logs for debugging and security purposes are retained for 30 days and contain only technical request metadata, not content.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, with data centers located in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We may also retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
